At Emotional
Coaching all information
collected about your health will be done in a
respectful and professional manner. The type
of information collected will only be that required
to help us provide you with the best possible
care.
All documents will be stored for a minimum of 7 years and will be kept in a secure location. Client files are only used to assist staff in their service delivery and are available if you would like to see them.
Confidentiality is a very important consideration
at Emotional Coaching and
we will do our utmost to maintain your confidentiality.
The only time’s when confidentiality
will be broken will be at your request, under
subpoena or if a client has disclosed information
that implies serious intent to harm themselves
or someone else.
